I want to return my order
You have a 30-day right of return.
If you have purchased or received jewelry that you want to return, please do so as follows.
1. Download our return form here. If you don't have a printer, you can simply write it down on a piece of paper and enclose it in the package.
2. You then send the package to our address in Denmark. You are responsible for the cost of the return. Please remember that we do not accept parcels sent to parcel shops. Return packages are always sent directly to our address. Remember to save your receipt/documentation for the return in case the package is lost on the way.

3. Once we have received the package, we will process your return as soon as possible. Often on the day or the day after if we receive it on a weekday. The money is always returned to the card used for the purchase.
General information about returns
The jewelery must always be returned in the same condition as when received, in the original jewelery box and without having been used. We do not issue refunds for purchased used gift boxes and greeting cards. We only exchange goods for which an order number can be presented for purchase and the cancellation period has not been exceeded. This also applies if you have received the jewelery as a gift. The order number was sent to the email address used at the time of purchase. We do not accept return packages sent for collection at drop-off points or parcel shops. The return package must always be sent directly to our address via our return portal. It is not possible to return in our showroom. If you bought your jewelery with a club offer, which triggered a free gift etc., always contact our customer service before sending back.

I want to exchange for other jewelry
We do not offer exchanges. If you would like different jewelry, you will need to return your order for a refund. You can then place a new order.
I have a complaint
If you experience errors, deficiencies or other problems with your jewelry or shipping, please contact us immediately. Then we find the best solution as quickly as possible.
The process for complaints is:
1. Send an email to: customerservice@grundled.com
2. Write in the subject field: Complaint + your "order number"
3. Describe the error and attach pictures for documentation
NOTE! It is important that you note your order number so that we can find your exact order. You will find the order number in your order confirmation which you received by e-mail upon purchase.If you have received the jewelry as a gift, you must get hold of the giver, who can provide an e-mail and order number.
I am in doubt whether my order has been placed
If you have placed an order but not received a confirmation by e-mail, the following may have gone wrong:
1. Your order has not gone through.
2. Your order confirmation is in your spam folder.
3. You may have typed your email incorrectly and therefore you do not receive your order confirmation.
We do not receive a notification in the event of one of the above errors, so you will not receive the above emails after your purchase, so contact us as soon as possible our customer service and state your name, surname and time of order placed, and we will help find the error.
Where is my package?
1. When you have placed your order, you will receive an order confirmation by email.
2. When we have packed your order you will receive a Track & Trace / shipment number by email.
3. When your order can be collected in a parcel shop, has been delivered to your home/business or is ready in our showroom, you will receive an e-mail with collection information.

If you do not receive any of the above emails, it may be because they end up in spam, you have typed your email incorrectly or your order has not gone through. Therefore, contact our customer service by email for further assistance.
