No one is perfect, not even us. But we can promise something and that is that we always do our best, both when it comes to our products, but certainly also when it comes to our customer service.

Our products are handmade/hand-assembled in our design studio in Aarhus, Denmark and mistakes can occur on our part. And our parcel girls sometimes run extra fast and can therefore also overlook something. One thing is common, however, and that is that we always clean up after ourselves :)

If you experience errors, deficiencies or other problems with your jewelry/your order, please contact us immediately. Then we find the best solution as quickly as possible.

The process for complaints is:
1. Send an email to
2. Write in the subject field: Complaint + your "order number"
3. Describe the error and attach pictures for documentation.

It is important that you note your order number so that we can find your exact order. You will find the order number in your order confirmation that you received by email upon purchase.

We will then contact you as soon as possible.
